jamie bitler Jamie is a 2006 graduate of architecture from the University of Arizona. She joined the staff in June of 2005 and has been busy at work doing whatever projects come her way. Bowling average: To be determined... back to top
mike culbert Mike was raised in Tucson since the age of three and graduated from Pima Community College with an Associates Degree in Construction Drafting a very long time ago. He has worked for a couple of different Architecture firms in Tucson on Health Care and Advance Technology projects and most recently on high end custom homes. He became a registered architect in 1998 and a "young" grandfather in 2004. His technical knowledge and experience will be an asset to our staff which is why he was rewarded with the largest office space. At his age we need to keep the A/C really cold to keep him awake. tony flores Tony is our newest accomplishment. Since 1993, he has worked in both the design and construction sides of architecture and brings even more diversity to Swaim's melting pot of experience and personalities. He's always serenading the people in the office with his beautiful falsetto voice...this man can belt out Bolero better than Pavarotti! Tony's current projects include work at St. Mary's and St. Joseph's hospitals. Bowling Average: Must be in the thousands...but it is yet to be determined. back to top

debra maxwell Debra completed her bachelors degree of architecture at the University of Arizona, 2007. She was among the top 15 in the Berkeley Prize SA Competition. Bowling average: To be determined... back to top

tim j smith Tim graduated from the University of Arizona in May of 2002 with a Bachelor of Architecture. He has since worked on a variety of projects, including drawings for all sorts of TUSD/SFB items, UMC and Titan Missile Museum. He is currently assisting with the Community of Hope Lutheran Church expansion, Brandi Fenton Memorial Park, and the Beach Fleischman Office building construction. He also enjoys assembling renderings and other graphic compositions. Bowling Average: The same as his golf score...around 100. Back to top
liz spiewak aia Liz grew up in Tucson and received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona in 1993 and became a registered architect in 2002. She actually worked at Swaim Associates from 1997 to 1998 before moving to Los Angeles. Liz worked primarily on justice and entertainment type projects while working in L.A. from 1998 to 2001. In August of 2001 she returned to Tucson, and most importantly, to Swaim Associates. She has spent the majority of her time since her return working on various projects for the Tucson Unified School Board including Students First Projects at Pueblo and Rincon High Schools to name a few.
