Swaim Associates Architects

Currently under construction, this 26,000 SF recreation center is the latest building in the William Clements Center complex. The building is the result of the collaboration of three entities: the City of Tucson, Pima County, and the Pima Community College.

Site Plan

The new facility includes an indoor gymnasium for basketball and volleyball, a weight and cardio room, an aerobics room, and an indoor track.

Elevations

Art by Pima Community College and local high school students will be displayed in a central corridor gallery. This building will increase the number of activities offered to the community and strengthen the center’s relationship with Pima Community College’s east campus, located just south of the facility.
