An administrative headquarters and vehicle maintenance facility for Tucson's paratransit service. Combining administrative offices and vehicle maintenance in the same building presented a challenge. Swaim Associates responded by tailoring the mechanical and electrical systems to meet the differing hours and working environments of these two groups. The building contains break rooms, locker rooms, and outdoor employee recreation area, and a childcare center for the employees' use. Light vehicle maintenance is conducted in six bays, with parking, fueling, and van washing on site.
